Nicole & Kate’s Plymouth MA Lakeside Fall Wedding

Excuse me as I dry my eyes, my bestie is married! It was such an honor to photograph my high school best friends lakeside wedding to her wife Kate up in Plymouth Massachusetts in early October! I wasnt surprised at all when these two lovely ladies told me they were planning an October wedding…its very like them. We had very unfall like weather though, it was pretty warm out the day they said I Do!
Nicole & Kate went dress shopping separately but they did buy a sparkly belt that they cut in two and attached to both dresses! They both also wore family heirloom necklaces and got ready separately with their families & bridal parties. They shared a first look in front of the colorful blue cabin they would be sharing later that day which really made them & their bouquets pop in pictures! They’re a very silly couple so I got to have tons of fun shooting them making faces at each other, shoving their bouquets in the others face, and of course the bridal parties got in on the fun too (-;
They tied the knot surrounded by friends and family with the lake in the background as one of their close friends officiated over the ceremony. Afterwards the 3 of us hopped on a boat so they could have a few quiet minutes alone for pictures.
Congratulations Nicole & Kate!! Hopefully we can make it up there next October and we’ll all drag Jay to Salem (-;
