Some of my favorite things from their wedding:
- Jennie’s mom wore a traditional Korean hanbok
- The FLOWERS. Ughhh I love good florals at a wedding. Dont skimp on this detail!
- The leather wedding favors
- Jennie walked around barefoot after the bridesmaids photos because her feet hurt
- Their head table was decked out in a black linen with lots of pink candles which felt very gothic romance!
Getting Ready at Belmond Place
How did you feel the morning of your wedding?
Sleepy! We had a lot of events and hangouts leading up to the wedding day, and they took a toll! It was nice that pictures started at noon after plenty of coffee and after makeup/hair were complete!
What was the most special moment of the day for you?
I think our written vows were the most special, but the mothers’ toasts were a close second
What was your favorite detail of the day?
The first look was amazing and the photos following them are wonderful since hair/makeup/dress/shoes are all at their freshest!

You did a First Look: What made it special, how were you both feeling before & after it, would you recommend it to a friend, etc
We LOVED our first look! We love that you brought us outside in good lighting to do it. I was surprisingly not nervous and was really relieved when I finally got to see Lee. I would recommend doing a first look to literally everyone. I do wish that we brought our bridal party and family outside to watch the first look, but they got to look on through the windows from inside.
Whats the best advice you have for future couples planning their big day?
Hire Catherine Ann Photography. Really! Times one-thousand percent!

Being officially part of my new family :)
What was something quirky or crazy that happened on the wedding day?
Lee said “I do” too early and we ended up having the fun, laughter-filled ceremony we always wanted

What did you splurge on & what did you save on?
Venue and food! We saved mostly on guest count
What made your wedding day special, unique or personalized to you as a couple?
We learned our first dance by ourselves on YouTube and we had so much fun with it!
Is there anything you would change or do differently?
I wish we could have had more guests from abroad who couldn’t join us due to COVID
What did you love most about working with us?
First, the work you produce is phenomenal! Beyond that, the experience working with you was stellar, from engagement photos to the big day. We had so much fun, and you guys are the absolute coolest! We have had so many comments from our guests that reflect all of our feelings as well. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!
