I know its spring time, but lets trade in flowers for Christmas trees and sunshine for fake snow for juuuust a minute, ok? Because I’m here to share with you a Christmas themed wedding at the Hall at Senates End that you’re gonna drool over!
Getting Ready at Chestnut Cottage
Ok, when Meagan of Meagan Warren Events handed me this heavy, burgundy, velvet envelope, with a gold wax seal, I looked at her and said “I feel like you just handed me my Hogwarts letter…”
Tell me I’m wrong! LOOK AT IT!!
P.s. I totally swiped these vintage ornaments from the Christmas tree at the Cottage to use for these photos. I love how it turned out!
But lets talk about the Disney Details (-; Ashton & Trey said “I Love You” for the first time at Magic Kingdom!
Trey gifted her a necklace that said “This Here’s The Wildest Ride In The Wilderness” because they said it ON Big Thunder Mountain.
Ashton surprised him with Mickey Cufflinks! So I of course had to shoot his ring with those in the shape of Mickey’s head (-;
1st Look & Portraits at Hampton Preston Mansion
Can we talk about Trey’s suit?? Velvet shoes, Mickey cufflinks, patterned jacket. It was perfection! I feel like HE needed a special photo shoot like Ashton had for her bridals!
Wait..Trey…bring this suit to Disney, let’s do some pics there for your 1 year anniversary ;-D
Ceremony at City Market
The ceremony was originally supposed to be a in a church, but due to Covid, they couldn’t do that anymore. Ashton was devastated because that had always been her dream.
But she & Meagan dreamed up a MAGICAL alternative to make up for it: CHRISTMAS TREES & CANDLES.
The End at Senates Hall Wedding Reception
This reception had it all – colors, snow, Veuve, the grooms favorite dessert, Disney music, pretty signature cocktails and best of all: CONFETTI.
Ashton & Trey had 2 special dances. Their first dance, which included a snow machine, and their LAST dance. While their guests were outside getting ready to toss confetti at them, Ashton & Trey stayed inside (with me too of course!) to slow dance to one final song: the instrumental version of Beauty & The Beast.
I didnt cry, you cried!! Ok, Ashton & I cried.
