Lauren & Austin’s Rainbow Row Engagement Photos

Theres a reason that Rainbow Row is always swarming with Instagrammers – its just so picture worthy! Lauren loved the multi colored homes and specifically requested Rainbow Row as their engagement spot. Being a lover of colors, I had no objections (-; And we somehow managed to pick a shoot day where there were very few people around the Charleston icon!

Im pretty sure I made a sound that was very high pitched when I saw Lauren’s adorable tulle skirt outfit! I love tulle skirts! It was the perfect outfit for Rainbow Row!
Lauren & Austin have quite a height difference and it was something that they wanted to emphasis. We found a cute little brick wall off a cobblestone street that Lauren could stand on to be as tall as Austin which was fun!

From Lauren about the proposal:
“After almost four years of dating Austin asked me to marry him on his birthday. We went to our favorite restaurant in Washington DC and he got on one knee before we went into a John Mayer concert (our favorite). It had just started to rain and couldn’t have been more cute and perfect. I immediately said YES and started crying while a few concert goers cheered.”
