Stephanie & Dan’s Cannon Green Styled Elopement
” Y’all absolutely made the day! We loved your creativity and how by the end of the day it felt like we were hanging out with friends! Thank you so much for your direction and taking the time to really get every possible combo of family photos.” – Stephanie & Dan
Stephanie & Dan were originally set to elope at Cannon Green back in May but had to push their date to August because, well, you get the point by now with all my posts in 2020 lol
Getting Ready Photos
Stephanie got ready at with her sisters & mom at a cute little Inn right down the street from Cannon Green. She wore a crescent moon pin on her dress that is a family heirloom and when her sister pinned it to her dress, everyone in the room got very emotional. You could tell how treasured the pin was to them all!
I love that on their invitation, Stephanie crossed out their original date and penned in the new one. Theres just something about that little detail that makes me happy in these trying times and I literally cant put it into words.
First Look
Stephanie & Dan shared their First Look on the cute side porch of the Inn and then we took a bunch of photos of them in…the parking lot! (-; It was cute and had great light!
The four of us then walked to Cannon Green together (but not before Dan realized half way there that he forgot the rings and had to go back to get them!) where we met up with their pup, Cash, for some photos in front of the green doors.
Courtyard Ceremony with Tropic Vibes
Having just immediate family as their guest list, Stephanie & Dan got to really enjoy their day without being pulled in different directions. They said it was just the best to see their families come together and celebrate and that it made their ceremony so intimate and perfect.
Cannon Green Styled Elopement Photos
Following the ceremony Stephanie & Dan danced to one of their favorite songs & then we took a bunch of family photos!
After that, we snapped more couples photos (+ Cash before he had to leave) in the beautiful courtyard and then wrapped up out front with some glowy, warm light to end the day before these two went back inside to share dinner with their families.
