There is no space to get ready at Cannon Green so we recommend one of the boutique hotels or air bnb's in downtown Charleston.

Your ceremony can take place offsite so the courtyard can be used as your cocktail hour space, but most couples choose to utilize the courtyard at Cannon Green for their ceremony and have it flipped for another purpose!
Our recommendation for your ceremony time depends on if you're doing a First Look or not:
You're doing a First Look - start at least 2 hours before Sunset
You're NOT doing a First Look - start at least 3 hours before sunset
For larger weddings, you can host your wedding reception inside the Trolley Room. We love when couples add bold colors, textures & lots of candles to brighten up the space!
For elopements & intimate weddings, you can host inside the restaurant at the Garden Room or dine
al-fresco in the Courtyard under the twinkle lights!
Since the venue is on the smaller side, and is a short car ride away from many gorgeous Charleston locations like Rainbow Row, Chalmers Street & The Battery, we recommend doing at the very least your First Look & Couples photos off site and possibly the wedding party photos but DEFINITELY recommend doing family photos at Cannon Green.
If you have a small wedding party (less than 6 people total) then we recommend doing those and family photos at Cannon Green in the front facade or the courtyard.
After the ceremony, we love to pop out front for some just married photos - the light is so pretty during golden hour!
Personally, we love the FOOD!! Cannon Green is a high end restaurant and the catering
is done in-house. We have never had a bad meal here, and neither will you!
