The Confidante Hotel in Miami

A few years ago I was perusing through Instagram, as one does when they should be working, and I saw a photo of these super colorful really cool umbrellas and went “WHERE THE F IS THIS PLACE” and that’s how I found out about the Confidante Hotel in Miami (-:

We finally had an engagement session in Miami and because of COVID we didn’t get to go on our Big Annual Trip this year and so I decided that instead of staying at my parents house (3 hours across the State & our original plan) that we would instead stay local at the Confidante and make a mini vacay out of it instead!

Unfortunately, Florida had a little temper tantrum (pelting rain & 25mph winds) for most of the trip, so we only had one nice day. The rest of the time all of the umbrellas were either close or not put out at all, so Im reeeeeally glad we woke up early our first day to shoot them! Otherwise it would have been a wash haha
