Cassidy & Chris’s Runnymede Wedding Photos in Charleston

Im so excited that we finally got to take some Runnymede Plantation wedding photos!! The old brick ruins are so romantic but pair that with Cassidy’s post-ceremony bridal cape and I practically drooled on myself.

Cassidy & Chris got married at the Citadel (not only is Chris an Alumni, but lots of people in their families are!) and one of my favorite pictures of the day is right as Cassidy got whacked on the ass during the sword arch! The fake buttons on the back of her dress were created to look like Citadel uniform buttons which I thought was a super nice touch. Y’all, it truly is the little details.

Cassidy hid a little manatee & hummingbird in her bouquet to honor her grandmothers and a very close family friend was their officiant.

Cocktail hour was under a beautiful tree on the Ashley River, and since they did a First Look, the newlyweds got to mingle! Guests were then welcomed into the reception area by picking up an Old Fashioned glass with their name on it.
