Mariam and Chris’s Wedding at the Picturesque Magnolia Garden Conservatory

Mariam and Chris had one thing on their minds when it came to their wedding: color, color, and more color! They wanted their special day to be a vibrant explosion of pink and red hues that would make everyone’s jaws drop (spoiler alert: they succeeded).

As raindrops tapped on the window panes, Mariam got ready for her wedding day with her sister by her side, and we were ready to capture every magical moment as they played Disney & Kingdom Hearts songs. We all belted out the lyrics to our fave Disney songs (because I just can’t help myself lol) and when the the instrumental version of “Simple and Clean” started playing, I mentioned how I’d wanted it to be my processional song because I loved this video game since I was in high school!

From the moment guests set foot in the Magnolia Conservatory, they were enveloped in this kaleidoscope of vibrancy that brought every nook and cranny of the conservatory to life. The floral arrangements and Living Wall were bursting with vivid pinks and reds that were practically begging to be Instagrammed (and Mariam definitely did)!

Mariam and Chris wanted something intimate and romantic, something that would make everyone feel like they were part of their inner circle. So, they kept the guest list tight-knit, with only about 30 of their closest friends and family in attendance. It was like a big family reunion, but with less awkward small talk and more genuine love and laughter (-;

To set the stage for this intimate wedding, Mariam and Chris decided to have a romantic candlelit ceremony. The moment those candles were lit, the conservatory transformed into a romantic paradise! The soft flickering glow created an enchanting atmosphere, where every guest felt like they were in the lantern scene from Tangled.

Mariam and Chris shared a special moment during their first look – this was their chance to exchange vows privately, away from prying eyes and curious ears (well, minus ours!). It was an emotional rollercoaster. As they locked eyes, tears started flowing like the Nile River. Happy tears, of course!
