There is enough space for everyone to get ready Wingate!
There's the 1930's farm house surrounded by centuries old, majestic oak trees draped in Spanish moss for one group & another building behind it for the other group!
You can have your ceremony under the beautiful oak tree with the pond behind it or to the side of the tent under another oak tree limb! Both are beautiful.
There is a permanent concrete floor/tent area but you could also dine alfresco under the trees!
You'll definitely want to consider adding some additional lighting options like candles & colored uplighting - it really adds depth to the reception space.
Since this venue is pretty far out from Charleston proper, you'll need to take all of your photos at Wingate Place.
Plan to take photos for 2 hours before the ceremony regardless of if you're doing a First Look or not.
If you're doing a First Look, we'll take 5 minutes for Just Married portraits after the ceremony before you walk hand in hand into cocktail hour and enjoy the party.
If you don't do a First Look, we'll be taking photos for another hour after the ceremony and you'll miss mingling with guests at cocktail hour and due to its small size, your guests will be in the background of all of your photos and will probably try to come chat with you while you're take them. Please keep that in mind.

a more relaxed enviornment (or maybe thats just from being surrounded
by all the stunning nature!)
