Sara & Mike’s Summer Engagement Photos in Charleston SC

I have a confession: I LOVE photographing in the middle of the day! The light is so bright & the colors pop and it makes me so so happy! So when I learned that Sara & Mike HAD to shoot in the middle of the day so they could catch their early evening flight back to DC I did a little fist pump. Dont get me wrong, I do so love the glowy warm gold hour time but mid-day is my favorite.

Despite the engagement session being the first time we met or even spoke to each other, Sara & Mike opened up instantly to me and started laughing right off the bat! We walked around Chalmers Street & finished up at my very favorite pink wall, The Mills House!

I cant wait to see the magic we make with these two again next month for their Cannon Green wedding with Gregory Blake Sams Events!
